Preparation for the meeting.

Due to the current epidemic situation, for the sake of you and our safety and health, we are forced to limit the number of people during meetings with the architect. Therefore, please come with a maximum of one person and do not take your children with you. At the same time, please cover your mouth and nose and disinfect your hands before entering our office. We provide all our clients with masks and disinfectants. Our team works in accordance with the safety procedures and the necessary protection measures. How does our team work?

As part of the survey, our employees voted 70% in favor of combining remote work with office work. Therefore, this is how we organized the work of our company to enable the team to work on projects and quotes at home and work in the office while selecting materials and presenting the offer to customers who would like to meet in person. Thus, on the one hand, we maintained the possibility of on-line meetings, and on the other hand, we ensured the safety of personal meetings in our offices.

How are the meetings going?

We have introduced changes in the organization and functioning of our office, complying with both sanitary guidelines and convenient organization – both for meetings and work in the office. Namely, meetings are currently held in separate rooms, which limits the contact between employees moving around the office and clients. There are safe half-compartments on the tables. Our employees move around the office while meeting you wearing masks or protective helmets. As it would be a pain to wear the mask for 8 hours, other employees working in the architect’s area and in the implementation department are fenced off from each other by full partitions installed between workstations. We ask you to use masks while moving around the rest of the office, in the showroom or on the way to the toilet. Thank you for your understanding and taking care of our common health.

We resumed the reception service from 9.30-17.30 In order to ensure safe conditions in a place with the greatest “flow” of people, we use a stream air stelitiser. Thanks to this solution, we can provide you with safety and warm drinks while waiting for the meeting.

How are the realizations going?

Due to problems in supply chains, there are sporadic problems with the timely delivery of individual products. In such cases, we provide the premises and arrange installation immediately after receiving the missing element. We maintain maximum efficiency in our operations.

We believe that our common attitude, in line with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, will significantly reduce the risk of infection. We are very hopeful that we will deal with the pandemic soon. Thank you for your understanding. We also keep our fingers crossed and wish that all professional and family issues will settle quickly.
