After completing the works, we organize complex cleaning and we sign the protocol of handover of the premises. The contract provides warranty for work for 24-month.

STEP I
DESIGN

PRENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS

We offer comprehensive interior design projects. We order all necessary finishing materials. We deal with work and delivery logistics. We select contractors to meet the needs of the implementation..

STEP III
CARPENTRY

Before the production of furniture and after finishing the interior, we check the place intended for the carpentry installation. In this way, we obtain executive dimensions. The factory where our furniture is produced is equipped with modern machinery and equipment. Our carpenters look for the best solutions for designed furniture. We have been cooperating with the BLUM company for many years, which provides us with training in the use of the highest quality furniture fittings. Our realizations are the best example of our creativity in designing functional furniture. It should be noted that we can obtain the final dimensions for the executive design only after the works are completed. Only then we finally confirm all solutions and proceed with furniture production.

STEP IV
DECORATIONS

This stage is like pinning cufflinks, tying a tie or pocket square, it’s like styling a hairstyle and making unique makeup. PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW

New house in a well-known location, the interior of family houses, or a reconstruction requiring general renovation. We undertake complex renovation works. However, before starting work and preparing an offer we assess the condition of the premises. We help ourselves by a preliminary discussion about the property age, recent renovation works, availability of plans, history of modifications, and the condition of installations, walls, or floors. Given the basic information and based on our experience, we can discuss the renovation offer. When it is in line with your expectations, we arrange local visions.

LOCAL VISION

Our inspection deepen the knowledge about the condition of the premises. The coordinator checks the condition of individual elements of the interior design. We check the condition of the equipment, the operation of the installations, the quality of the walls, and if possible, also the plaster and floors. We check if the floor is stable, if it does not bend and unstick (e.g. when the parquet is intended for scraping). Our assessment is illustrative. After this step, we will clarify the offer taking into account the information obtained. Commenced works confirm previous assumptions or reveal additional problems that require repair or replacement.

CHECK

After starting cooperation, we check the premises in order to establish a further work plan. The architect prepares the plan of the premises (if the investor does not have the current plan). At this stage, our check may be burdened with measurement errors due to the existing installations and elements of the old finish that will be dismantled. On its basis, we will start design work that will define the target layout of the construction and installation. The executive details will be agreed with the works manager and the coordinator.

FINISHING STANDARD

The costs estimation is done efficiently, the time of realization depends on the availability of the materials. Generally, it takes 90 working days for the basic range.

WE PERFORM WORK BASED
ON THE PRESENTED PROJECT

We carry out entrusted projects. In such a situation, we treat the presented interior design only as a conceptual design, which costs will be estimated and finally attached to the contract for renovation and construction works. After signing the contract, we prepare an executive design, then select new materials for valuation and implementation. Design defects that change the cost or method of execution, which increase the lead time of the project, are subject to additional valuation. Details and finishing standard are subject to correction based on our experience and construction knowledge..
