#DECORPROJECT_TEAM

In 2017, we carried out a thorough reconstruction of the company based on the introduced processes and planned not only a new, efficient shape of our company, but also the employment structure and employee support. We have a development plan developed within the company for all employees: architects, coordinators, sales specialists and others based on gradual career levels combined with the acquisition of subsequent stages of specialist knowledge and experience. As part of these criteria, we evaluate competencies and decide on promotion within the company. We support development and supplement the team’s competences on an ongoing basis as part of internal training.

DECORPROJECT ACADEMY

In 2020, President Anna Sadowska-Wójcik launched the “DECORPROJECT ACADEMY”. The development cycle devoted to customer service from the Premium segment is led and moderated by the President, who shares personal experiences. During every two-week two-hour senior sessions, architects talk about working with the most demanding clients, ergonomics of functioning in Premium interiors, and the offer and methods of using exclusive technical and material solutions. We learn together by discussing experiences, new solutions and applications from the team’s practice.

THE WAY OF PROMOTION AND BENEFIT

As part of the company, people with a specialist degree and managerial competences can learnin management and be promoted to Team / Office / Brand Manager. We offer coaching support as well as specialized and profiled training.

The company offers its employees benefits such as:
– medical insurance at Enel Med
– multisport card

HOW TO START?

We welcome young people!
We focus on the development of the company by enabling young people to practice in our company, which since 2009 has been providing comprehensive projects in the field of interior finishing and furnishing. We have cooperated with the largest developers in the country. We want to share knowledge and gain a new, fresh approach to the development of our company.

We cooperate with UTH
In 2017, we established cooperation with several universities educating in the fields of “interior design” and “interior design”. Based on our experience of working with students and the career office, we chose the University of Technology and Commerce Heleny Chodkowskiej. This university places particular emphasis on practical skills that are most needed in working with clients. Currently, every year several students in our office learn the work process of a design office and a finishing company, as well as an architect’s workshop.

WHAT AFTER THE PRACTICE?

We offer the best apprentices the position of assistants in our team and a further development path through promotion to new positions. We provide for the possibility of promotion for employees in the first place. In the event of failure to meet the criteria by team members or when the company’s policy provides for development, we announce external recruitment.
